TREASURERS REPORT READ.

Auction 19th of June. We re looking for items for the auction. We need you all to tell your friends and bosses to come along; we need to make some money for the kid’s activities. We have a professional auctioneer, he is very good and a very good friend of Magic Moments.

As you know Tommy is doing the Mongol rally, will you all ask your bosses if they will sponsor him? We are going to put a bucket in the centre for donations; if you have any spare coppers just put them in for him and the kids.

MONTHLY SPONSORING From the beginning of Magic Moments a lot of us have donated £5 per month to magic moments to help with the rent etc, in these tricky times it is often very difficult to do this but if you can, I have forms at the office to fill in and of course if you work we can get gift aid, which this year was £475. I have asked everyone to make sure there sponsor forms are filled in properly then if they are eligible for gift aid I can collect it. Gift aid means your £1 donation becomes £1.25, which is a great deal more at no cost to anyone. Mr Osborne hopefully will not change this.

MINI OLYMPICS This year we have chosen to do the mini Olympics instead of an It’s a knockout. This will be held in frodingham park on the 11th of July. It should be good fun. Posters will be ready for this by the end of the month

RAFFLE TICKETS The raffle ticket prizes have been decided upon £300 1ST Prize £150 2nd Prize £50 3rd Prize. Other prizes as we get them. Raffle tickets will be available to sell by the end of the month also.

Once again I would like to thank everyone who puts in the time for the kids, special thanks to all the kids who are very special people.

I would like to thank Chris Hansom who does our web site, it’s always up to date, don’t think he has had any Drayton manor pics.

Thanks Pat
